I've used and continue to use RM Renovations & Lawn care for my handy work honey do list and other major projects [build trellis to support bougainvillea in back of house, sprinkler system, pressure washing, electrical work, yard cleaning with mulching, etc.]. The service is top notch, including calls if running five minutes late, follow-up calls after work is completed to ensure satisfaction. On an electrical work once, the person who came out to do the work even vacuumed the entire room & left it cleaner than before the work was done! ...and I'm thrilled with "Orlando and Dawn" (they don't know why I call them that). They're very nice and they never stop working! They always clean up after themselves and all my last minute changes don't phase them a bit. You're lucky to have them. And Rob's been great with the changes as well. RM Renovations has done a number of jobs at my home and will be here tonight to take a couple things off my Honey Do list. Since I am the only "honey" in this house, it is great to be able to just hand some of the tasks off to Rob! Rob has painted a couple of rooms for me and it was a joy to see the rooms transformed without me lifting a finger. He removed an ancient window AC unit that had been mounted in the wall!
